Our
History

Entering Capet is traveling to a dimension that we all know and at the same time, no one visits as much as they should. One in which flavors, smells and passion bear fruit in the experience of savoring the passage of time and staying in the place as if someone had naturally established it that way.

Our
letter

It is based on three basic pillars of the kitchen in which we believe.

Proximity, temporality and know-how. A good product from the area, chosen in its maximum splendor and cooked without any artifice beyond the combination with the necessary ingredients, which will help us get the most out of the star product, will lead us to find each of its deepest nuances and to enjoy its flavor like never before. A careful selection of seasonal products, fish from the market, rice and meat, and our dessert options or selection of cheeses to finish.
